BPExch Pro Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction

Welcome to bpexch pro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and BPExch Pro ("the Company", "we", "us", "bpexch pro") in respect of your use of the bpexch pro website, mobile browser application, and all products and services offered through it — including sports betting, live casino, poker, crash games, and any other products we make available.

bpexch pro is operated under a valid gaming licence and serves players in Pakistan. The platform is denominated entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and is designed specifically for the Pakistani market. By accessing bpexch pro and creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. 2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with bpexch pro and to use any of our betting or gaming products. This is a hard requirement — it is not negotiable and it is not subject to exceptions. bpexch pro actively checks the age of users and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bpexch pro's services are intended for players based in Pakistan. You confirm that you are accessing bpexch pro from a location where online betting and gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of bpexch pro is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company does not accept liability for players who access the platform from jurisdictions where such access is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one registered account on bpexch pro. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

To use bpexch pro's paid betting and gaming products, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bpexch pro may require identity verification at any stage — most commonly before processing a withdrawal above a threshold amount or if unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or other documents as appropriate. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal requests paused until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security

Your account login credentials are your responsibility. You must not share your password with anyone, allow others to access your account, or use credentials belonging to another person. bpexch pro will treat any activity conducted from your account as your own. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bpexch pro support immediately via live chat or email and change your password at once.

3.4 Account Currency

All bpexch pro accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are processed and displayed in PKR. The minimum account balance required to place a bet is Rs 100. There is no maximum balance limit.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bpexch pro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks. International cards or payment methods not on this list may not be supported. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on bpexch pro is Rs 200. Deposits below this amount will not be processed. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though limits may apply at the payment method level (e.g., Easypaisa daily transaction caps) rather than the bpexch pro platform level.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. bpexch pro does not charge fees for withdrawals on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 2–5 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers may take 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the receiving bank. Visa/Mastercard refunds may take 3–5 business days. These are standard processing times; during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing verification, processing may take longer.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

bpexch pro requires that deposited funds are wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed — this is a minimum playthrough requirement applied to prevent payment processing abuse rather than a bonus condition. Bonus funds have separate wagering requirements set out in Section 6. Withdrawals can only be sent to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposit.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

bpexch pro reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion. The Company may impose maximum bet limits on specific markets, players, or events. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed due to a technical error or odds discrepancy will be voided and stakes returned.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by sport, market, and match importance. For major cricket internationals involving Pakistan, maximum single bets may reach Rs 500,000. These limits are displayed at bet placement and may be adjusted without prior notice.

5.3 Void Bets

bpexch pro may void a bet if: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the bet was placed at an incorrect price due to a technical error; the market is determined to have been affected by manipulation or corruption; or the bet clearly falls outside the intended market parameters. When a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full to the player's account.

5.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are subject to an acceptance delay during which odds may change. If the odds change between submission and acceptance, you will be shown the new price and given the option to accept or decline. bpexch pro may suspend in-play markets temporarily during key moments in a match (e.g., a video review in cricket, a penalty kick in football). This is a normal operational feature, not a service failure.

5.5 Results and Settlement

bpexch pro settles markets based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport. For cricket, this means results as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant domestic board. For football, FIFA and UEFA results are used. Settlement typically occurs within one hour of an event concluding. If a result is subsequently revised by the governing body, bpexch pro will re-settle affected markets accordingly.

5.6 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets (multi-bets combining two or more selections) are permitted on bpexch pro. All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining selections. The Company reserves the right to limit the number of selections in a single accumulator bet.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotions, and special offers provided by bpexch pro are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for reading the specific terms of each promotion before opting in. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

bpexch pro's welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit. The bonus is credited as a percentage match on the deposit amount up to a maximum PKR value as stated in the current promotion. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements — the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (the rollover requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The current welcome bonus wagering requirement is set out in the promotion terms on the registration page.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one person per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and the suspension of all involved accounts. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

6.4 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be bet before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Only real-money bets contribute to wagering requirements unless a promotion specifically states otherwise. Bets that are voided or cancelled do not count toward wagering requirements. bpexch pro reserves the right to set different contribution rates for different products (e.g., sports bets may contribute 100% while certain casino games contribute a lower percentage).

6.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, after which they and any associated winnings are forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met. The expiry period for each bonus is specified in the promotion terms. Players will receive a notification before a bonus is due to expire.

7. Casino and Games

7.1 Game Availability

bpexch pro's casino and gaming products — including live dealer games, Andar Bahar, poker, crash games, and slot-style games — are available to all verified account holders who are 18 or older and not subject to any account restriction. The availability of specific games may vary due to licensing requirements, maintenance, or market-specific restrictions. bpexch pro reserves the right to add or remove games from the platform at any time.

7.2 Random Number Generation

All virtual (non-live-dealer) casino and crash game outcomes on bpexch pro are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is regularly audited to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical dealing or spinning of the relevant game equipment by the live dealer, broadcast in HD video.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — whether due to a platform error, connectivity issue, or third-party game provider failure — bpexch pro will investigate the incident. Where a malfunction is confirmed to have materially affected the outcome of a game round, bpexch pro may void the affected round and return the bet stake to the player. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8. Responsible Gaming

bpexch pro takes its commitment to responsible gaming seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings at any time.

bpexch pro's support team is trained to identify signs of problem gambling and will proactively reach out to players who show patterns of concern. We will never send promotional materials to players who have self-excluded or activated responsible gaming restrictions.

If you believe your gambling is causing you harm or the harm of someone close to you, we encourage you to contact our support team to activate self-exclusion or to seek help from a qualified support organisation. 9. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpexch pro. A finding of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether under the same name or different identities
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification
• Using bpexch pro for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in game logic to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players at poker tables or in any multiplayer environment
• Arbitrage betting or hedging strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus offers
• Sharing account access with another person or operating an account on behalf of a third party
• Using a VPN or other tool to disguise your geographic location and circumvent regional restrictions
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward bpexch pro staff or other players

10. Privacy and Data

bpexch pro collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not share it except as required for the operation of the platform (e.g., payment processing, identity verification) or as required by applicable law.

bpexch pro uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and our servers. Account passwords are stored in encrypted form. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bpexch pro platform — including but not limited to logos, branding, text, graphics, software, game logic, odds compilation, and the overall design of the site — is the intellectual property of bpexch pro or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the bpexch pro platform without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorised use of bpexch pro intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

bpexch pro provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, bpexch pro excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues.

bpexch pro is not liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, payment network outages, natural disasters, or changes in applicable legislation. bpexch pro's total liability to you for any single incident is limited to the value of your account balance at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits bpexch pro's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by the Company's own acts or omissions.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

13.1 Closure by Player

You may close your bpexch pro account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled in the normal course; once settlement is complete, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

13.2 Suspension by bpexch pro

bpexch pro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: these Terms have been violated; fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive activity is suspected or confirmed; identity verification cannot be completed; or the Company determines closure is required for regulatory compliance. Where suspension is due to a violation, account balances may be withheld pending investigation.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bpexch pro will notify you before applying a dormancy fee. Continued inactivity may result in the balance being reduced by a monthly dormancy administration fee as specified in the notification. Logging back into your account at any time reactivates it fully.

14. Disputes

If you believe bpexch pro has made an error in settling a bet, crediting a bonus, processing a payment, or in any other aspect of your account, you should contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days of the event you are disputing. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

To raise a dispute, contact bpexch pro support via live chat or email with your account details, the relevant transaction or bet reference, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all disputes within 48 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate through the complaints process described in the resolution response.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. You agree that any disputes not resolved through the complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

15. Amendments to These Terms

bpexch pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of bpexch pro after the effective date of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 13.
